WEEKEND RETREAT: Strengthening our resolve to practise: On and off the mat SOLD OUT
Friday 11 – Sunday 13 January 2019, Continental House, 9 Lone Pine Avenue, Hepburn Springs.
Arrival from 4pm Friday. Program from 5.30pm Friday – 11am Sunday

It is wonderful to embark on a new year with renewed energy, passion and focus. However, the busyness of the previous year and perhaps too many festivities can leave you still feeling depleted. There are many yogic practices that support this transition time and assist your capacity to anchor your direction and yourself as you move forward.

Enjoy this weekend for yourself that includes intention setting (Sankalpa), hatha yoga, sitting and walking meditations and deep relaxation, all interspersed with relevant yoga philosophy. There will be personal time on Saturday afternoon, during which you can enjoy a massage or Hannam (pre-booking required).

You will leave feeling refreshed, more settled in yourself, on your path, and with several tools to support your year. Karma yoga (mindful awareness in actions of service) and mouna (deliberate silence) are components of this retreat. Some yoga experience is recommended.

The cost includes all organic vegan meals, teachings and accommodation (all rooms with ensuite, heating, cooling, linen, toiletries). Shared yoga equipment is available, however, we recommend that you BYO mat, meditation cushion etc. There are a limited number of rooms, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
