Winter yoga practices

Fridays 1 June  – 3 August 2018 (10 weeks) During these 10 weeks we focused on feeling the cold less and creating more heat; feeling less stiff and moving joints more. All the practices enhanced circulation, body temperature, immunity, and mood. Taught by a Yoga Therapist, we focused on asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra and niyama, all relevant to Winter.
