Private Sessions

An individual session at the studio or a suitable location convenient to you, provides the opportunity to tailor an approach that considers your specific and unique requirements.

This is helpful when you are:

  • New to yoga and wish some initial personalised guidance.
  • Unable to attend class due to other commitments and wish a home program.
  • Starting a yoga practice again after an extended break, injury or illness.
  • Wishing to start or deepen your meditation practice.

Please note that specific health conditions require an initial Yoga Therapy Consultation.

I wasn't that keen on the idea of yoga but a work friend said: 'Just come, you'll find out why…' She was right! Two years later, I'm still going to yoga.
