Every morning I start with you guiding me through Kaya Kriya, the body cleanse. It’s only in the last couple of weeks that I’ve experienced a sense of the relaxation you speak about - now I know my tensions and can do something about it. Course Content
Why I created a 'therapeutic' Yoga Library
For TOO long now, I have witnessed the exponential growth of poor quality videos of yoga as ‘exercise’. Many of these classes appear unsafe, with minimal ‘actual’ teaching or instruction, and are ‘targeted’ at the young, fit and able bodied.
What I do NOT see are the more balanced and wholisitic approaches of yoga that have a direct therapeutic benefit for any-BODY; safe practices that can influence mood, sleep, stress, pain and so much more..
So I have been on a journey to learn professional skills in filming and production, garner all my years of experience and distill these practices into video. As a senior Yoga Teacher and internationally certified Yoga Therapist I am proud to offer these.
ALL practices in this collection are ways I consistently teach private Yoga Therapy clients, who gain inordinate benefit. Not everyone can come for Private Sessions so I wished to make these easily accessible whilst maintaining quality teaching.

I'm so pleased to be taking the Move with Ease online Course! I have worked with a Yoga Therapist in the past but she is no longer available. I am a long term migraine person and tend to hold myself pretty tight. These are just the practices for me.

What you'll learn
- that we ALL unconsciously ‘hold’ muscles in the body, but you can learn to move freely without 'pain' in your day.
- that by easing into your physical 'tight spots' without force, you unleash your natural energies and reduce fatigue.
- that held tensions also ‘block’ your emotions, resulting in nagging headaches, disrupted sleep, altered mood, poor memory.
- that you can change your brain patterning, enhancing positive rather than negative thoughts, and build your capacity to observe without reacting.
- that by learning how to slow down and reconnect with yourself, you reduce your risk of vital exhaustion – chronic stress, burnout, fatigue.
More benefits for you!
- less appointments and more available time and money for yourself! With consistent practice of the various techniques, you can self-manage many physical, emotional and psychological issues that arise day-day.
- improved quality and quantity of sleep. As your nervous system learns how to ‘switch’ into a more relaxed state, restful sleep comes more naturally.
- enhanced production of natural hormones that improve your digestion, lower your heart rate and bring a slowing of age-related thinning of the front of your brain, preserving your thinking, planning and reasoning skills.
- improved quality of important connections/relationships in your life. As you change your perspective on yourself, your outer world begins to change too.
- more patience, kindness, compassion, acceptance of life and others. Changing the habitual patterns in your brain, affects your emotional behaviour and reactions in a positive way.

About your Yoga Therapist - Caroline Giles
- Life throws us ALL many 'curved' balls and being a Yoga Therapist does not make me immune! My journey on the mat started back in 1990 after back injury and all the balanced yoga practices were my ONE 'saviour' through many illnesses, life challenges and losses. Now I am largely pain-free, calm, at ease and sleep well!
- In 2005 I reduced my full-time work to travel across the world to the Integral Yoga ashram, and studied authentic traditional teachings. It felt like a 'risk' but on return I founded 'Experience Yoga' and have never looked back. To this day I am mentored by one of my formative teachers and most senior respected Swami in our lineage.
- Now as an internationally certified Yoga Therapist and registered senior Yoga Teacher, I am passionate to share yoga practices for physical, energetic, emotional and mental calm. I love the modern science of brain-body behaviour, offer high standards in healthcare delivery and am committed to quality service with integrity.

Who this is NOT for?
- Those who want access to classes of 'yoga' as a physical workout or wish recorded full length yoga classes.
- Those want specific physical techniques focused on a particular injury or body part e.g. sore hip, stiff back, that will 'fix' their condition.
- Those who do not wish to explore the full range of yoga practices including breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and energetic techniques.
- Those who believe someone else is responsible for their health and well-being, or can fix them with advice, medication alone.
- Those who are NOT prepared to create change in their day/life and make a commitment & investment to the practice required.

All practices are based on my 15 years of study, teaching experience with a wide range of students and my therapeutic work supporting people with complex health issues.
