This is an 6 minute focusing practice to help relieve nervousness, agitation or anxiety. 

It is a fabulous practice as it can be done anywhere, anytime and no one needs to see or know!

 Each finger represents one of the 5 elements (air, space, fire, water, earth), so this practice creates external as well as internal balance.
