If you wish to move with less discomfort and resistance in your body, emotions, and mind, this course teaches you the way.
Most people hold pain or discomfort somewhere in their body. Invariably they are also dealing with difficult emotions, interpersonal challenges, work stressors or life changes that bring additional tensions in their breath, emotions, and mind.
A therapeutic approach to yoga teaches you how to effectively address these issues and find ways to ‘move’ both on, and off the mat.
