About your Yoga Therapist – Caroline Giles
I’ve worked in the healthcare profession for over 40 years, facilitating others to health, well-being and wholeness. This has included working in young adult neurological rehabilitation, facilitating national health research, professional writing for online mediums and quality systems management. Now as a Yoga Therapist (with a yoga business of some 15 years) I work with clients in group classes and privately for yoga therapy, who learn healthy ways to manage their injuries, health conditions, thoughts, moods and emotions for the long term.

- Each month, access a range of 3-4 audio and video practices ranging from 5-30 minutes, based on different yoga therapeutic approaches.
- be supported in these and similar practices in a one hour Zoom class on the 3rd Saturday of each month @ 10am AEST, with the class recording available afterwards.
- 30 day video access + class = $29; 6 month minimum
APRIL
Relieve stiffness -
Practice Bundle 1
- Access a range of audio and video guided meditation practices ranging from 5-30 minutes, based on different yogic traditions and therapeutic approaches.
- Join a one hour Zoom class on Saturday 17 April @ 10am AEST to support these practices, with the class recording available afterwards.
- Opening Special: 30 day video access + class = $19
MAY
Create calm -
Practice Bundle 2
- Access a range of audio and video guided meditation practices ranging from 5-30 minutes, based on different yogic traditions and therapeutic approaches.
- Join a one hour Zoom class on Saturday 15 May @ 10am AEST to support these practices, with the class recording available afterwards.
- 30 day video access + class = $29; 6 month minumum
Caroline’s understanding and application of pain management will benefit anyone experiencing chronic pain.
