How it works
- The Sessions (in May/June 2022) are online via Zoom - you connect up on your laptop, iPad or computer with Zoom software downloaded.
- No fancy yoga clothes required - you do need some space around you, a chair or a mat and some household equipment. All guidelines and options for equipment are provided on booking.
- Payment includes access to the Meditation library, which is organised separately for you and commences on 16 May 2022.
- The online Meditations are available at any time via secure log-in on this Site. Payment includes 3 months' continuous access and can be renewed.
About your Yoga Therapist – Caroline Giles
- I'm an experienced Yoga Teacher with additional therapeutic qualifications, to teach you yoga practices for physical, energetic, emotional and mental calm.
- I'm a skilled Health Professional and apply the modern science of brain-body behaviour to support you in gradual and sustained change.
- I'm an emphatic listener who focuses more on understanding how your health impacts your life, than on teaching you physical techniques.

In general, these practices are not strenuous however require a reasonable state of health. As stated in the Important Note below, before starting any new form of practice, I do recommend seeking the opinion of your health professional.

Most of the practices (especially any breathing or meditation) can be completed in a chair or on your bed. You can also sit on some height on your mat, like on a bolster or on some folded blankets.

All these Courses and practices are based on my 15 years of teaching experience with a vast range of students. I also work therapeutically, supporting people individually with complex health issues. In general, this is not the expertise you will receive in a public group yoga class.

There are many reasons why people have intermittent or persistent pain. All these Courses focus on mindful practices to repattern the brain-body connections, to create long-lasting change.
