Experience ‘effortless effort’ away from the city, in a beautiful space that invokes a connection with nature. In our busy days/lives it is vital to reconnect with all our senses and transition back to our quieter, calmer Self.
You will relearn to move with ease, reduce tensions and discomforts, practice yin yoga, hand mudras, meditation and enjoy some creative fun! Vegetarian lunch and snacks included.
