ALIGN YOUR ENERGY WITH THE SEASONS
Saturday 18 August @ 9.30 – 4.30pm, Experience Yoga studio. $150/$135 concession
Shift stuck energy in Winter, with a morning practice to enhance qi flow within the meridians through asana, Qi Gong and breathing practices. Taught by Tarryn Bennett, Yoga Teacher, these harmonise the water element, the element that governs Winter.

In the afternoon session Caroline Giles, Yoga Therapist, will teach practices to purify and nourish your systems, particularly using the breath and mind. You will leave calm, recentred, replenished.
