Experience Yoga is a peaceful private studio set in a tranquil Japanese garden where high quality and tailored guidance is offered in hatha yoga (Integral Yoga®), Relax and Renew® (restorative yoga), private therapeutic and meditation sessions.

Experience Yoga offers you a more personal approach to learn yoga, with small group classes of 7-8 people (maximum). This tranquil studio creates a break from the ‘busyness’ of life and prior bookings for all classes are essential.

People of all ages, body types, walks of life, professions and dispositions are welcome at the studio. Yoga is a journey and at Experience Yoga the focus is not about touching your toes, but what you learn on the way down. It’s NEVER too late to start yoga!

One of the costs of our busy and distracted lives is the over-activation of the stress response which causes wear and tear on the body and mind. Normally our mind is running here and there and learning to bring it back begins to reduce the stress of constant thinking.

All classes at Experience Yoga have a meditative focus to encourage you into the present moment.  Experience Yoga also offers meditation courses and a seasonal group practice, as learning meditation is a process that takes time.
