Back Relief – Ballooning the Breath

This simple practice allows you without fuss or complication, to release your spine.

By directing the breath a little deeper into the lungs, you enhance opening and space.

Your whole body opens up on the in-breath and on the out-breath, comes a feeling of release, letting go. 

This practice is great if you experience morning back stiffness or at any time that the lower back requires relief.

 Small steps create less resistance than big steps – commit to small steps and your discomfort/pain will change.
