What you'll learn
- The Integral Yoga® approach to yoga, a scientific system that when practised regularly develops ease and balance, health and wellness.
- A graded progression of asana (physical poses) with adaptations, to tone and massage your body, organs and systems without strain or pain.

- Unlimited access to practise Integral Yoga® with ease and serenity in the lush surroundings of Fiji!
- Continuous access to both the Level 1 and 2 Classes, which are each a complete hatha yoga practice of 70 minutes.
- A series of six videos in each Level/Class, so that you can complete one video/segment only or move between the Level 1 & 2 Practices.
- Videos from 7-20 minutes in length so that you can tailor your practice to your particular day, the time you have available or your specific needs.

How it works
- The Practices are available online at any time via secure log-in on this Site. You connect up on your laptop, iPad, computer or mobile phone.
- As the Practices are online you can complete them in any order, at your pace, as your day suits, with no need to compare yourself to others!
- No fancy yoga clothes or equipment required - you do need some space around you and a chair or a mat.
- You enrol and gain continuous access, which is 'active' as soon as payment is made. No further payments required!
Who is this for?
- Anyone aged 18-80+ years in reasonable health in body and mind. Please read our Important Note below before joining us.
- Those who want less 'medical' appointments and wish to self-manage physical and emotional discomforts that arise day-day.
- Anyone who joined the 'explosion' of online yoga classes and free yoga practices in 2020 - and did not really learn anything or feel safe.
- Those who want to really learn and enjoy the benefits of wholistic yoga teaching from an experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.

Frequently Asked Questions:
In general, these practices are not strenuous however require a reasonable state of health. As stated in the Important Note below, before starting any new form of practice, I do recommend seeking the opinion of your health professional.

Most of the practices (especially any breathing or meditation) can be completed in a chair or on your bed. You can also sit on some height on your mat, like on a bolster or on some folded blankets.

All these Courses and practices are based on my 15 years of teaching experience with a vast range of students. I also work therapeutically, supporting people individually with complex health issues. In general, this is not the expertise you will receive in a public group yoga class.

There are many reasons why people have intermittent or persistent pain. All these Courses focus on mindful practices to repattern the brain-body connections, to create long-lasting change.
