This seated 5 minute practice is great to do if you are stiff in the upper back & neck, sit for extended periods or wish to expand your breath.  

The practice aligns and releases your (tight) muscles in the shoulders and neck, through gentle movement re-patterning.

As you move without force or strain and keep mindful attention through your body, tensions and discomfort naturally release.

 It’s what happens when you do LESS in the body! 

  Easeful opening through your joints creates lightness and calm, reducing signals of ‘pain’ to the brain.
