Standing Release – Myofascia Movement

We all ‘hold’ muscles in the body, but can learn to move without tension and pain. 

This short practice is in standing or sitting and releases your tight muscles without force or strain. 

It is great to do after repeated habitual movements e.g. cleaning, mouse work; to relieve general body/posture discomfort; or even during stressful times. 

You can practise this anywhere with space around you to move the body and arms.

Easeful opening of your joints is rehabilitative and assists your fascia (connective tissue) to realign, be flexible and remain pliable.
